Karen Rider is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga Instructor, Meditation Instructor, and Ayurveda Certified Wellness Coach. She has been in the Yoga and Wellness business for over 20 years. Tracy Bechtel is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor. After graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2011, she began her career in wellness and nutrition. She was trained by world renowned guru Sri Dharma Mittra at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York City.
