Description
This two-week detox program is designed to make the detox process accessible and safe for everyone. My Group Detox Program is about food being delicious and healthy. You don’t have to feel deprived or hungry to reduce inflammation, increase energy and lose weight. Don’t have time to cook? Through cooperative cooking, the group shares cooking responsibilities – cook only once for the entire group and receive meals for the remaining days!
