This Online Detox Program is designed for anyone, anywhere to detox easily from their own kitchen. Program Overview
DETOX. This two-week Program is designed to make the detox process accessible and safe for everyone. Week One emphasizes preparing the body by reducing and slowly omitting certain inflammatory foods. The first week ends with a two-day liquid diet, which includes four nutritious smoothies or soups per day, plus approved snacks (if needed). Week Two follows a detailed meal plan with delicious recipes that focus on organic whole foods that help the body release toxins and restore health.
MEET. Two recorded meetings provide Program information, educational content. Learn how to safely prepare the body for a detox, strategies on staying on track during the Program, additional recommendations to facilitate the detox process and how to maintain a healthier lifestyle after the Program!
CONNECT. A private online forum keeps you connected to your support network throughout the Program. This platform is your resource for moral support, specific questions, and nutritional information. Posts cover topics such as nutrition, wellness and cooking techniques.
COOK. A one-week meal plan features 21 delicious organic whole food-based recipes. Each meal plan is seasonal and includes detailed recipes, grocery lists and cooking tips! Each weekly meal plan is designed for one person to easily prepare health supportive and delicious meals. A 1.5-hour cooking session (plus a mini mid-week session) sets you up for a week of quickly assembling meals, rather than slaving away in the kitchen each day.
EAT. Eat delicious food and feel satiated while detoxing (yes, it’s possible)! Expand your palate and try new foods that nourish your body, reduce inflammation and help restore health. The meal plan includes plant-based gluten-free and vegan meals, plus a few fish dishes. Alternatives for the fish recipes are available for vegetarians and vegans.
NAVIGATE. A user-friendly website makes navigating through your Online Program straightforward and easy. A home page with weekly summaries offers at-a-glance information on the entire Program and links to all Program webpages.
